Working with Aliza and Robbie was an absolute blast! I could tell that their wedding day was going to be a big party based off of their rehearsal dinner and the large and fun crowd that it brought. Robbie’s family showed us all some of the traditions of Korean families by participating in a Pyebaek. One of the traditions is that the parents will throw dates and chestnuts into a bowl made by the bride’s dress and the ones that are caught will represent the number of boys and girls the couple will have. Let’s just say that the mom’s were both excited and accurate!
The party continued on Saturday with tons of friends and family traveling from all over to celebrate with Aliza and Robbie. These two did something unique and awesome in that they didn’t have any formalities after dinner. They opened up the dancing with Hava Nagila and had upbeat music the rest of the evening which made for a fun dance floor!
Below are a few of my favorite photos from the day, enjoy! Be sure to leave Aliza and Robbie some love in the comments section below as well!
