A Tudor Arms Wedding

Nicole and Ryan

This Tudor Arms wedding was absolutely beautiful. The entire day was perfect from start to finish. I love starting the day early with my couples. It allows for family and the bridal party to get comfortable having me around. Nicole’s getting ready photos worked out perfectly thanks to a skylight that almost acted as a spotlight as she put her finishing touches on. The big reveal of Nicole coming down the stairs to her bridesmaids and parents was amazing. There were cheers, smiles and tears.

The ceremony went off without a hitch, furthermore, everyone lined up after the ceremony for a grand exit. Nicole and Ryan then had a celebratory bubble exit. Photos of bubble exits often turn out pretty cool, it seems like this one definitely did! After the bubble exit, we rounded up the bridal party for photos downtown. We started at one of the Cleveland signs. This sign overlooks the city and is an iconic Cleveland photo. In addition to the Cleveland sign, we went to the Cleveland Museum of Art for more portraits. We had a decent amount of time for portraits left, therefore I was able to get creative with the harsh light coming from the sun. This made for some dramatic and unique wedding portraits. Nicole and Ryan were down for whatever I suggested, and, as a result, we had a ton of fun creating images together!

Portraits were complete, so we headed back for the Tudor Arms wedding reception. The vendors decorated the venue beautifully; therefore, it made photographing the space easy for us. The DJ announced the bride and groom and bridal party into the reception after cocktail hour. The father of the bride made a tear-jerker welcome speech after entrances. The bride and groom took the dance floor for the first dance after dinner. The first dance was absolutely beautiful. I took a risk and headed upstairs to shoot from the balcony and am super happy with the resulting image. The formal dances were over, so it was time for an open dance floor! Wedding guests packed the dance floor; furthermore, they enjoyed a friendly alma mater rivalry!

Thank you for taking a look at this Tudor Arms wedding, also enjoy these other fun weddings!
